Liaoning Port Co., Ltd. announced the retirement of Mr. Lee, Kin Yu Arthur, who served as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Process Agent. He will be succeeded by Ms. WANG Huiying, effective from 30 September 2024, who is fully qualified for the roles. The company expressed its gratitude to Mr. Lee for his service and assured there were no disagreements or undisclosed concerns related to his departure.
