Lianlian DigiTech Sells Major Stake in Equity Transaction

Lianlian DigiTech Co., Ltd. Class H (HK:2598) has released an update.

Lianlian DigiTech Co., Ltd. has announced the sale of part of its equity interest in an associate company, with significant stakes being acquired by Amex TRS and AEMD. The transaction involves Amex TRS purchasing a 14.27% stake for RMB 1.57 billion and AEMD acquiring a 0.29% stake for RMB 32 million. This deal also includes a capital increase that will see Amex TRS holding a majority stake in the target company.
