Li-S Energy Ltd (AU:LIS) has released an update.
Australian battery company Li-S Energy has completed the installation of their Phase 3 facility, boasting 55 high-tech pieces of equipment for producing and testing their advanced cells. The company is diversifying their product line, focusing on lithium metal cells and expanding to include a new small format cell production line to meet the demands of drone and defense sectors. With operations scaling up, the facility is expected to be fully commissioned by the end of the third quarter in 2024, targeting a production capacity of up to 2MWh of pouch cells annually.
