Li-S Energy Limited has disclosed a change in Director Marc Wayne Fenton’s interest, reporting an acquisition of 33,815 ordinary shares for a consideration of $4,996, resulting in a total holding of 51,355 shares. This change, executed through on-market trades on 22 and 23 August 2024, has been communicated to the ASX in accordance with listing rules and will be assessed against vesting conditions in the coming years.
