Li-FT Power Ltd. has launched a public offering to raise over $7 million through the sale of flow-through shares, alongside a concurrent private placement aimed at garnering an additional $3 million. The capital raised will fund the Yellowknife Lithium Project in Canada, with tax benefits being passed to investors. The offerings, which are already underway, are expected to close by March 27, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals.
