Li-Cycle Holdings Secures Key Agreements for Rochester Hub

Li-Cycle Holdings ( (LICY) ) has provided an announcement.

Li-Cycle Holdings Corp. has revised its agreements with Glencore and Traxys to establish a commercial framework for its Rochester Hub, focusing on the production of mixed hydroxide precipitate (MHP) and lithium carbonate. Glencore will purchase 100% of the MHP output, aligning with market terms, while Traxys will receive a fee from the MHP sales. The Rochester Hub aims to produce 72,000 tonnes of MHP annually, enhancing Li-Cycle’s position in the battery resource recovery market.
