LHT Holdings Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore, has announced changes to its Board of Directors. Ms. Yap Mui Kee will step down from her role as Managing Director and Board member, and will be re-designated as Managing Director (Pallets and Cases). Ms. Sally Yap Mei Yen will cease to be an alternate director following Ms. Yap’s departure. The Board has expressed its appreciation for Ms. Yap’s contributions. The new Board composition includes Mr. Li Suet Man as Interim Executive Chairman and other non-executive directors.
