LHT Holdings Limited has announced an immediate reshuffle of its Board of Directors and Board Committees. The changes include the appointment of Mr Lock Wai Han as the Non-Executive Lead Independent Director, and the affirmation of the independence of three board members under SGX-ST listing rules.
