LH Group Limited announced unanimous approval for all proposed resolutions at their Annual General Meeting held on June 6, 2024, including the adoption of audited financial statements, director re-elections, and dividend declarations. Shareholders voted in favor of re-appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditors and gave the Directors mandates to issue and repurchase shares, with nearly unanimous support for all resolutions.
