LG Display Co., Ltd. has successfully conducted its 39th Annual General Meeting, where shareholders approved all proposed items including the financial statements of 2023, amendments to the Articles of Incorporation, and the appointment and remuneration of directors. Newly appointed Inside Director Chuldong Jeong, with a background as CEO of LG Innotek, and reappointed Outside Director Doocheol Moon, a professor at Yonsei University, will both serve three-year terms.
