Ley Choon Group Holdings Ltd. undergoes a major reconfiguration as it announces the departure of two key Independent Directors, Prof. Ling Chung Yee Roy and Mr Chia Soon Hin William, and welcomes new appointees, including Mr Srinivasan Ragavendran and Ms Reanne Toh Ting Xuan as Executive Directors, along with Mr William Tan Kwang Hwee and Mr Buhdy Bok Sin Swee as Independent Directors, effective 2 September 2024. This reshuffle aligns with the company’s compliance with Catalist Rules and marks a strategic renewal of its Board and committees. The outgoing directors were thanked for their contributions, while the incoming leadership is poised to steer the company forward.
