LEPU ScienTech Medical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has announced the resignation of Ms. Ko Mei Ying from her roles including Joint Company Secretary, Process Agent, and Authorised Representative, effective August 22, 2024. Mr. Li Kin Wai will take over these positions while Mr. Qin Xue continues as the other Joint Company Secretary. The company has obtained a waiver from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for Mr. Qin’s qualifications as Joint Company Secretary until November 7, 2025, with the condition that he is assisted by Mr. Li.
