LEPU ScienTech Medical Technology announced the resignation of Mr. Liu Daozhi as an independent non-executive Director and member of both the Remuneration and Nomination Committees, effective July 26, 2024, to focus on other business endeavors. Mr. Liu’s departure is amicable, and Mr. Zheng Junwei, with a strong background in international cooperation and biotechnology innovation, has been appointed in his stead. The company expressed appreciation for Mr. Liu’s contributions and confirmed Mr. Zheng’s eligibility for re-election at the next annual general meeting.
