Lepidico Ltd has initiated the despatch of prospectuses to shareholders for its recently announced entitlement offer, with key dates ranging from the start of rights trading on April 9, 2024, to the anticipated start of new share trading by May 8, 2024. Shareholders are advised to contact Automic Group for any queries regarding their entitlements or to receive their offer documents electronically. The closing date for the offer is April 30, 2024, but may be subject to extension by the directors.
