Leopalace21 Corporation has announced that Amakusa Unso Co., Ltd. has filed an appeal against a court decision that dismissed Amakusa’s claim regarding a loan dispute with Leopalace21. The Tokyo District Court had previously ruled the loan and receivables void due to the statute of limitations. Leopalace21 will continue to defend its claim in the appeal, which is not expected to affect its consolidated financial results.
