Leocor Gold Inc. has announced an increase in its private placement to $1.9 million due to strong demand, with expected closure by April 18, 2024. The capital raised will be used to further explore and develop the company’s gold and copper projects in Newfoundland, as well as for general corporate purposes. The projects, located within the Baie Verte Mining District and other areas of Newfoundland, cover a combined area of over 144,000 hectares.
