Leocor Gold Inc. has strengthened its strategic investment in Intrepid Metals Corp. by converting 2,223,529 pre-funded special warrants into units, each comprising a common share and a share purchase warrant. This move has increased Leocor’s ownership stake to approximately 18.55% of Intrepid’s common shares, with potential to reach approximately 32.59% if all warrants are exercised, capped by a 19.9% beneficial ownership limit.
