Lenovo Group Limited has announced their Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on July 18, 2024, where the audited consolidated financial statements and director reports for the year ending March 31, 2024, will be presented, and a final dividend of HK30.0 cents per share will be declared. The agenda also includes the re-election of retiring directors, the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor, and authorization for the directors to set their remuneration. Additionally, resolutions will be considered to grant the directors authority to issue new shares and deal with company securities within specific limits.
