Lenovo Group Limited has announced a further delay in the dispatch of a circular initially expected by July 31, 2024, concerning the proposed issuance of convertible bonds and warrants. The postponement, due to the need for additional time to prepare certain information, has pushed the expected dispatch date to on or before August 31, 2024. This delay may impact shareholders who are awaiting details on the bond and warrants issuance and the upcoming General Meeting.
