Lendlease Global Commercial REIT has announced the establishment of a S$500 million Euro-Commercial Paper Programme, allowing for the issuance of short-term notes in various currencies with tenors up to 364 days. The Programme, arranged by DBS Bank Ltd., introduces a new digitalized platform for note issuances, broadening the REIT’s fundraising avenues.
