Lendlease Global Commercial REIT has updated its S$1 billion Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme, with DBS Trustee Limited now acting as the issuer. The update involves changes in trust deed references and incorporates new rate fixing and benchmark provisions. The issuance will be offered in Singapore under the Securities and Futures Act exemptions.
