Lendlease Director Bolsters Stake in Company

Lendlease Group (AU:LLC) has released an update.

Elizabeth Mary Proust, a director at Lendlease Group, has increased her indirect holdings in the company by acquiring 20,000 Ordinary Stapled Securities at $5.675 each through an on-market purchase. Following this transaction, the total number of securities held in the Proust Lawrence Superannuation Fund, where Proust is a beneficiary, reached 123,061. There were no changes reported in her $500,000 face value holdings of Lendlease Green Bonds.
