Lemon Sistemi S.p.A. has signed a €1.5 million contract with Sicilian marble and granite producer Alfa Graniti S.r.l. to design and build two photovoltaic plants in the province of Ragusa. The projects, located in Comiso and Chiaramonte Gulfi and partially installed on Alfa Graniti’s roofs and adjacent land, include design, installation, grid connection, testing and permitting activities managed entirely by Lemon Sistemi.
Work on the Comiso plant is scheduled to begin in the first half of 2026 with completion by year-end, while the Chiaramonte Gulfi facility is expected to be finished by the first half of 2027, with staged payments tied to construction milestones. The deal strengthens Lemon Sistemi’s existing relationship with Alfa Graniti and underscores its strategic focus on medium-sized photovoltaic projects for energy-intensive clients, reinforcing its role in industrial decarbonization and supporting greater energy independence amid ongoing energy market volatility.
