Leidos Holdings ( (LDOS) ) has issued an update.
Leidos Holdings, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors to 13 members and brought on Tina W. Jonas as a new independent director, starting September 25, 2024. Jonas, with over 20 years of government experience and notable roles in the defense and aerospace sectors, will also serve on the Audit and Finance Committee. Her previous positions include high-level financial and strategic planning roles within the U.S. Department of Defense and the FBI, as well as executive roles in the defense industry. Jonas’s appointment is deemed to bring valuable expertise to Leidos, a Fortune 500 innovation company focused on national security and health.
