Legible Inc. Launches Convertible Debenture Offering

Legible Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement offering aimed at raising up to $1,050,000 through the sale of up to 150 Debenture Units, priced at $7,000 each. These units include 15% unsecured convertible debentures and share purchase warrants, with options for conversion and purchase of common shares at predetermined prices. The offering includes an interest payment option in cash or shares and provisions for an accelerated expiry of warrants under specific trading conditions.
