Legend Upstar Holdings Limited has announced the successful passage of a resolution during its Extraordinary General Meeting on August 16, 2024, with an overwhelming 89.70% of votes in favor. The resolution approves revised annual referral fees within the Cross Referral Services Framework Agreement, set to last until the end of 2026, and authorizes Directors to implement the necessary actions for these changes. The resolution required a simple majority and the voting was overseen by the company’s share registrar, Tricor Tengis Limited.
