Legend Upstar Holdings Limited is set to revise the existing annual caps on its continuing connected transactions within the Cross Referral Services Framework Agreement until 2026, due to higher than expected residential property demand and referral numbers in 2024. The transactions will now comply with the Listing Rules, involving reporting, review, and independent shareholder approval requirements. An extraordinary general meeting is planned to obtain independent shareholder approval for the revised caps.
