Legend Strategy International Holdings Group Co., Ltd. plans to increase its authorized share capital from HK$7.8 million to HK$20 million and launch a rights issue to raise up to approximately HK$47.3 million. The company aims to use the net proceeds to expand its healthcare and beauty business and improve general working capital.
