Legend Strategy International Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (HK:1355) has released an update.

Legend Strategy International Holdings Group Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the placement of 89,670,000 new shares, raising approximately HK$15 million for renovations and general working capital. This move, which dilutes the previous shareholding percentages, has resulted in the new placees collectively owning 16.66% of the company. The net issue price per share after expenses was approximately HK$0.167.
