Legend Power Systems has announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 8.5 million units at $0.18 per unit, aiming to raise $1.53 million. The proceeds will be used for general working capital, fixed operating expenses, and advancing their sales pipeline. The offering includes conditions such as the TSX Venture Exchange’s final approval and a hold period of four months and one day for issued securities.
