Legend Holdings Corporation has announced its 2024 first extraordinary general meeting to be held on September 11, 2024, where resolutions will be passed concerning the subscription of 1,150,000,000 Lenovo warrants and the issue of Lenovo shares. The meeting will also review the on-market acquisition mandate for purchasing Lenovo shares and ratify a bond subscription agreement with ALAT Technologies Company for $2 billion worth of convertible bonds.
