Legend Biotech Corporation has announced its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) for shareholders, scheduled for October 21, 2024, at their New Jersey office, where key proposals will be voted upon, including the ratification of Ernst & Young LLP as the independent auditor and the re-election of class I directors. The AGM will also consider an amendment to the 2020 Restricted Shares Plan to increase the number of shares reserved for issuance. Shareholders as of the record date, September 17, 2024, are entitled to vote, and proxies can be revoked at the meeting.
