Legal & General Names New Asset Management CEO

Legal & General (GB:LGEN) has released an update.

Legal & General Group has announced the appointment of Eric Adler as the new CEO of its Asset Management division, a move that aligns with the firm’s strategy to unify its public and private market businesses and drive significant growth. With a target of achieving asset management operating profits of £500-600 million by 2028, Adler brings a wealth of experience from PGIM, including expertise in investments across various asset classes. The transition comes as L&G continues to focus on sustainable growth and building on the strong foundation laid by outgoing CEO Michelle Scrimgeour.
