Lee’s Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Huang Zuie Chin as a non-executive Director, starting from 2 July 2024. Mr. Huang is recognized for his extensive experience in life sciences and the biotech investment sector and holds significant shares in the company. His directorship is set for a term of three years and comes with a director’s fee of HK$300,000 per annum.
