LeddarTech Shareholders Back Board and Auditor Decisions

Leddartech Holdings Inc (LDTC) has released an update.

LeddarTech Holdings Inc., a leader in AI-based sensor fusion and perception software for vehicles, has successfully conducted its annual general and special meeting, resulting in the reelection of a full slate of eight directors and the approval of Richter LLP as auditors. Shareholders also endorsed the issuance of warrants for common shares to certain directors and ratified an amendment to the corporate by-laws allowing the chair a casting vote in board meetings.
