Leclanche SA ( (CH:LECN) ) has issued an announcement.

Leclanché SA has appointed Jens Emrich as Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 March 2026, bringing in a finance leader with more than 25 years of international experience in industry and the energy sector. Emrich previously served as Regional CFO at Li-Cycle Europe AG, where he built the regional finance organization and oversaw financial management, cash deployment and statutory reporting across several European markets.

His background includes senior roles at Key Surgical Europe, LBNUTS AG and Lorenz Snack-World, where he led transformation, integration and restructuring projects, experience Leclanché’s CEO says will be critical for the group’s next phase of development. The appointment signals a push to reinforce Leclanché’s financial structure and governance as it seeks to scale its low-carbon energy storage operations and support industrial expansion in Europe and beyond.
