Learning Technologies Reports Employee Share Transfer

Learning Technologies (GB:LTG) has released an update.

Learning Technologies Group plc has announced the transfer of 125,000 shares to an employee from its Employee Benefit Trust after an options exercise. The company now retains 179,340 shares in the trust, with waived voting rights and dividend entitlements. Shareholders can use the total share capital figure of 790,980,682 as a reference for disclosing changes in company interest as per the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
