Learning Technologies Appoints New Senior Director

Learning Technologies (GB:LTG) has released an update.

Learning Technologies Group plc has announced the appointment of Simon Boddie as its Senior Independent Director, effective from July 8, 2024. Boddie, who joined the company’s board as an independent non-executive director in October 2020, also holds positions at the University of Oxford and Oxford Science Enterprises. This strategic appointment aligns with the company’s previously stated objectives in its 2023 Annual Report.
