Leading Edge Materials Raises Funds Through Shares

Leading Edge Materials (TSE:LEM) has released an update.

Leading Edge Materials Corp. has successfully completed the initial phase of its private placement, raising CAD$3,440,000 by issuing 34.4 million shares at $0.10 each. The funds will bolster projects in Sweden and Romania, as well as the company’s general working capital. The placement, which included a 6% finder’s fee and participation from insiders, is pending final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
