Leading Edge Materials Finalizes Funding Round

Leading Edge Materials (TSE:LEM) has released an update.

Leading Edge Materials Corp. has successfully completed the final phase of their private placement, raising CAD$671,000 through the issue of over 6 million shares at $0.10 each. The funds are earmarked for development of the company’s projects in Sweden and Romania, as well as for general corporate purposes. A finder’s fee was paid, and the transaction included purchases by company insiders, with adherence to regulatory exemptions.
