Leading Edge Materials Corp. has received a 30-day extension from the TSX Venture Exchange to close its previously announced private placement, now set to expire on September 27, 2024. The company successfully closed the first tranche, issuing 34.4 million common shares, raising CAD$3.44 million for its projects in Sweden and Romania, as well as for general corporate purposes. Investments are being directed towards Canadian, Nordic, and other international investors, with a minimum investment set for EEA investors.
