Regional REIT Limited has announced that Daniel Taylor, the Senior Independent Director, will retire on October 15, 2024, following a nine-year tenure in line with company policy. Massy Larizadeh, who has been serving as an independent Non-Executive Director since June 2022, is set to take over the role. The company is also in the process of appointing a new Non-Executive Director from Bridgemere Investment Limited and is searching for a replacement for Chairman Kevin McGrath, who is nearing the end of his tenure.
