Schroder British Opportunities Trust Plc has announced leadership changes with Mr. Neil England stepping down as Chairman after leading the company since its IPO in 2020. Mr. Justin Ward is taking over as the new Independent Non-Executive Chairman following the Annual General Meeting. The company expressed gratitude to Mr. England for his contributions and wished him well in future pursuits.
