Mirriad Advertising PLC, a pioneer in in-content advertising, has announced that John Pearson, the company’s non-executive director and former Chairman, has resigned. Pearson will aid his successor, James Black, for three months during the transition. The board expressed gratitude for Pearson’s seven-year tenure and contributions to Mirriad’s success.
