Critica Limited, a company focused on the development of the Jupiter project, which is Australia’s largest and highest-grade clay-hosted rare earth deposit, announced the resignation of its Managing Director, Philippa Leggat. During her tenure, Leggat significantly advanced the Jupiter project, achieving a Maiden Resource Estimate and delivering promising metallurgical results. Dr. Stuart Owen will serve as interim CEO, and Jamie Byrde will become an Executive Director to support the transition as the company searches for a new CEO/MD to lead its next phase of development.
