ARA US Hospitality Trust has announced changes in its leadership, with Ms. Stefanie Yuen Thio stepping down from her position as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC). The company expressed gratitude for Ms. Thio’s valuable contributions during her tenure. Mr. Randy Allan Daniels will take over as the new Chairman of the ARC, effective May 3, 2024.
