Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust has announced changes in its board and committees, following Mr Ho Hon Cheong’s retirement as Chairman due to the tenure limit for Independent Directors. Mr Phang Sin Min will take over as the Chairman of the Board and the Nominating and Remuneration Committee, effective from 1 October 2024, ensuring a smooth transition and continued strong governance.
