China Electronics Huada Technology Company Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Xu Haidong as non-executive director and Chairman of the Board due to a change in work arrangements, with no disagreements reported. Mr. Sun Jie has been appointed as the new non-executive director and Chairman, while Ms. Huang Yaping has joined the audit committee, both effective from September 24, 2024. Mr. Sun, with a substantial background in electronics and leadership within the company’s controlling shareholder entities, will not receive a fixed remuneration but may receive a discretionary bonus.
