China Carbon Neutral Development Group Limited has announced the resignation of Dr. Leung Wai Ping, Noel as Company Secretary and CFO, effective 19 August 2024, who leaves to focus on family. He is succeeded by Mr. Au-Yeung Keung, Steve, an individual with over 25 years of experience in finance and company secretarial affairs. The company has expressed its gratitude to Dr. Leung for his service and warmly welcomes Mr. Au-Yeung to his new position.
