China 21st Century Education Group Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Yang Yang as joint company secretary and authorized representative effective from 10 September 2024, due to changes in his work arrangements. Mr. Yang’s departure is amicable, with no disagreements or claims against the company, other than outstanding remuneration. Mr. Leung Chi Kit will continue as the sole company secretary and has been appointed as the new authorized representative following Mr. Yang’s resignation.
